NEET UG 2026: Overview

NEET UG 2026 is a national-level entrance examination conducted for admission to undergraduate medical education in India. As per the provisions of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 and other applicable Acts, NEET UG remains the mandatory entrance test for medical admissions across all recognised institutions.

The scores obtained in NEET UG 2026 will be used for admission to:

  • BVSc & AH courses
  • AYUSH courses including BAMS, BUMS, BSMS
  • BHMS course
