Educational Qualification
- Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution approved by Govt./AICTE/UGC
- Graduation result declared on or before 31.12.2025
- NATS candidates: Graduation completed within 4 years as on 01.01.2026
- Must be proficient in the local language of the applied State/UT (read, write, speak, understand)
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years (as on 01.01.2026)
Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and other eligible categories as per Government of India norms.
Punjab National Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2025–26: Stipend & Apprenticeship Duration
- Monthly Stipend: ₹12,300 (Rural/Semi-Urban/Urban) and ₹15,000 (Metro)
- Total Duration: 12 months (1 year)
- Training includes 2 weeks of Basic Training and 50 weeks of On-the-Job Training
- No additional allowances or employment benefits are provided
