- Not open to NDC members/employees and their family members
- Only one entry per participant is allowed

- High-resolution, color-ready design

- Must be original and unique

Concept Note Requirement
Each submission must include a brief concept description (100–150 words) explaining:

Evaluation Process
All entries will be reviewed by a special Expert Committee constituted under NDC.

Important Rules & Restrictions
- No watermarks, signatures, or personal identification in the design
- The selected logo will become the exclusive property of the Government of India
