Educational Qualification
Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
- Must possess a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized institute.
- Must be registered with the Uttar Pradesh Pharmacy Council.
Candidates who do not have registration with the pharmacy council will not be considered eligible.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age:18 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
Age relaxation will be provided to reserved categories as per government norms.

The selection of candidates for the Pharmacist post will be carried out through the following stages:
