The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has introduced the Self-Slot Selection system for candidates appearing in the Delhi Police Constable (Executive) Exam 2025. With this feature, candidates can now select their preferred exam date, exam city, and time slot based on availability.

This step is important because once the slot is booked and locked, the final Admit Card will be generated according to the selected slot.

How to Lock Slot for Delhi Police Constable Exam 2025?

Follow the steps carefully to successfully lock your slot:

Step 1: Visit Official SSC Website

Go to the official SSC portal: ssc.gov.in

Step 2: Log in to Your SSC Account

By using the following details:

• Registration Number
• Password
• Captcha Verification

Once logged in, open the candidate dashboard.

Step 3: Find the Slot Selection Option

Open My Application.

Look for your applied application.

Click on "Select City, Exam Date, Shift"

This will appear only for eligible Delhi Police Constable candidates.

Step 4: Select Exam Preferences

A new window will open with some instructions; you must read it.

Choose a comfortable date for your examination.

Once Examination Date is done, click on Get Slot Details.

Now list of opted city will show with availability.

Choose one and fill shift details.

Availability depends on the number of applicants and first-come-first-serve priority.

Step 5: Confirm and Lock the Slot

After selecting preferences:

Review everything carefully
Click Final Submit or Lock Slot

Once submitted, the slot becomes permanently locked.
