India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB), operating under the Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications, Government of India, has officially released the IPPB Recruitment 2025 notification for the engagement of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) as Executives on a contractual basis.

Application Fee
- ₹750/- (Non-refundable) for all candidates.
Eligibility Criteria
Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) as Executive (Vacancies 348)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Regular or Distance Learning).
- A University/Institution/Board recognized by the Government of India or approved by a Government Regulatory Body.
Age Limit
- (As of August 1, 2025) Minimum Age: 20 years and Maximum Age: 35 years
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government norms for reserved categories
Selection Process
- Merit list will be prepared outlet-wise based on graduation percentage; the Bank may conduct an online test.
- If two candidates have the same graduation percentage, seniority at DoP will decide; if still tied, date of birth will be considered.
- Candidates must provide exact graduation percentage up to two decimals, calculated from total marks obtained ÷ total maximum marks. Rounding is not allowed.
- If only grades (GPA/CGPA) are awarded, they must be converted to exact percentage as per university guidelines. Incorrect details will lead to rejection.
- NOC from parent organization is advised at the time of applying. During document verification, candidates must provide:
- Details of any major/minor penalties in the last 5 years.
- Vigilance Clearance Certificate from Divisional/Sub-Divisional Head.
- Engagement with IPPB begins only after completing relieving formalities from parent organization.
- Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee selection.
- Results and final select list will be published on the Bank’s website.
