Eligibility Criteria for JNVST 2026
1. Educational Qualification
- The candidate must be studying in Class 5 during the academic session 2025–26.
- The school must be recognized by the government or any other recognized education board.
2. Age Limit
- The candidate should be born between May 1, 2014, and July 31, 2016 (inclusive).
- This applies to all categories including General, OBC, SC, and ST.
3. Residency
- The student must reside in the district where the JNV is located and should apply for admission in the same district.
4. Attempts
- Only one application per candidate is allowed.
- Students who have previously appeared for the test are not eligible.
